Regulatory Decree No. 84/2007 of 5 November: Portugal d7 visa for foreigners: Article 58 1 1 of Law No. 23/2007 dated 4 July and Article 24 d)
According to mohajerist studies, this visa is for people such as: people who receive pensions, international retired citizens, people who receive a fixed income, and people who have assets, such as real estate, transferable shares, intellectual property or investment. Financial agents are allowed to apply for a special visa.
Portugal’s 7d Visa Act provides that foreign nationals wishing to retire or live on their own income in Portugal, regardless of age, are allowed to reside in Portugal.
